We take the greatest possible care in the development of our products, continuously refining both products and services – including in collaboration with our customers. We set high quality standards and perform extensive quality control and testing. That is why we can offer you a warranty period of up to 48 months in lieu of the regular statutory warranty period. We guarantee faultless image capture by the camera as well as a flawless image transfer from camera to monitor. In case of a warranty claim, we will, at our own discretion, either repair or replace the affected product.
