Based on that foundation, we have defined additional requirements that are significantly more exacting. The individual LUIS product lines must comply with these requirements (e. g. 100G shock resistance). As part of our quality management system, we continuously review and improve our ISO 9001 certified processes and structures in order to continue offering a 48 months warranty to our customers in future.

Human dignity is inviolable. Within our team as well as in our dealings with business partners and customers, the fundamental rights that are enshrined in our constitution also determine our conduct. LUIS sets the highest ethical standards for its own actions, and we hold our partners, toll manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors to the same standards. We do not tolerate any type of deviation or misconduct, such as enforced labour or corruption.
