LUIS Basic camera in white 

The high-performance entry-level camera from LUIS with high resolution of 600 TV lines, IP68 protective housing and 12–24 V for use on commercial vehicles and motor homes. 

The proven advanced LUIS night vision technology provides up to 10 metres of visibility even in total darkness (0 lux). In the dark, the rear view camera automatically switches on its 18 powerful infrared night vision LEDs. 

The broad range of the power supply from 12 to 24 V input voltage means that there is no need for additional voltage converters when installing the LUIS Basic camera on light commercial vehicles, motor homes, heavy-duty commercial vehicles or machinery. The robust and extra-waterproof design of the camera is rated with protection class IP68. 

It can not only be connected to the LUIS Basic monitor (available in a set, article no. 500130) or LUIS Professional monitor (article no. 902125) using the relevant LUIS adapter, but also to OEM on-board systems or navigation systems (e.g. Mercedes FleetBoard or MAN MMT). The LUIS Basic camera is of course subject to our comprehensive and strict quality assurance processes with routine inspections of each individual item at every key stage of production.
