One-camera disconnect socket, monitor side

Disconnect socket for monitor side of a LUIS camera.

Three components are needed to connect a camera on the trailer to the monitor in the tractor unit flexibly and with the option to disconnect:

1. connection of the camera to the connection socket on the trailer,
   
2. connection from the monitor to the connection socket on the tractor unit and
3. the spiral connection cable.
