LUIS R7-S compact stainless steel camera

The LUIS R7-S compact stainless steel camera is the top-of-the-range model from LUIS, with its extremely robust and compact design and automatic stainless steel shutter cover. Over a decade of knowledge and experience at LUIS has been incorporated into the development of this camera. The shutter cover with automatic closing protects the camera lens from rain, mud and stones – and an integrated heater keeps the camera clear of snow and ice. The LUIS R7-S compact stainless steel camera is equipped with six infrared LEDs to provide powerful night vision even in total darkness (0 lux). The 120° horizontal viewing angle ensures that a large area behind the vehicle can be seen. The robust design means that it can be used in extreme conditions. The camera is designed for up to 5.9 G vibration resistance and up to 5.9 G shock resistance. It can operate in temperatures from -30 to +70°C.

The R7-S compact stainless steel camera works with all wired LUIS monitors and is also compatible with almost all rear view systems from other suppliers, thanks to the supplied adapter (RCA). A matching LUIS adapter also enables connection to an on-board system or on-board navigation unit. Please contact our customer service for further information.
